Terms of Service
The terms that apply to your use of the Law Bridge website.
Effective date: 17 October 2026
These Terms of Service govern your use of lawbridgebd.com (the “Website”), operated by Law Bridge (“Law Bridge”, “we”, “us”). By using the Website you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.
1. Information, not legal advice
The content of the Website is general information about Law Bridge and the areas of law we practise. It is not legal advice and should not be relied on as such. Every matter depends on its own facts; please consult a qualified advocate about your situation before acting.
2. No lawyer–client relationship
Using the Website, sending us a message or calling us does not create a lawyer–client relationship. That relationship begins only when Law Bridge has agreed in writing to act for you. Until then, please do not send us confidential information or documents.
3. No guarantee of outcome
Descriptions of our services and experience do not promise or predict the result of any matter. The outcome of every case depends on its facts, the law and the decision of the court or authority concerned.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Website to:
• break any law or infringe anyone’s rights;
• send unsolicited, misleading or abusive messages;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Website or its systems, or disrupt them.
5. Intellectual property
The Law Bridge name and logo, and the text and design of the Website, belong to Law Bridge unless stated otherwise. You may view and print pages for your personal, non-commercial use. Any other use needs our written permission.
6. Links to other websites
The Website links to government and other external websites for convenience. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices.
7. Liability
We take care to keep the Website accurate and available, but it is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, Law Bridge is not liable for any loss arising from use of, or reliance on, the Website.
8. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information collected through the Website.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh, and the courts of Dhaka have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
